PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING YOU WILL HAVE TO COVER ANY ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOM FEES AND VAT (EXCEPT FOR US ORDERS, WHERE WE COVER THESE FEES FOR YOU).

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

We are pleased to be able to ship our products worldwide. For pricing and delivery estimates, please see below — however, exact shipping rates will be determined at checkout based on your address. All delivery times are from the date of dispatch. These times are estimates only and are provided to us by our shipping partners. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from the United Kingdom. Shipping times vary with each location. Please note you will have to cover any duties or taxes due for your receiving country - any applicable charges will depend on your country’s regulations, so we recommend checking locally if you’d like an estimate before ordering.

UK SHIPPING

All UK orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked services:

- UK Standard Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95 (2–3 working days)

- UK Express Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.95 (1–2 working days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED

Please note the below prices do not include duties or taxes (except for US orders). We are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. For your reference, all international orders are currently shipped from the UK.

These are estimates and your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout once you put in your address:

  • International Shipping (All destinations including Europe, Canada, Australia, Rest of World) – £8.50 (4 – 7 working days)

Remote locations may take longer.

International Orders

Kindly note you will need to cover any extra duties, VAT and tariffs which will be payable upon entry to your country.

US Orders

Good news — for all US orders, we now ship with Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) through Royal Mail. This means:

  • We cover all import duties, customs fees, and taxes on your behalf.

  • You will not be charged anything extra when your package arrives.

  • Standard shipping rate applies: £8.50 (3–7 working days).

Please note: While duties are prepaid, US Customs may still cause occasional delays outside of our control.

Please note that standard delivery operates weekdays Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, and commences from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may take longer over public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and mysoltag cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the above time frames.
