Why I Started Soltag
I was always the sporty one — all through school and uni, movement was second nature to me. But somewhere between the 9-to-5, deadlines, and everyday life, I lost that rhythm. I stopped training, stopped feeling like myself… and getting back on track felt harder than ever. At one of my lowest points, I bought a watch tag for myself. It simply read: “Small steps > no steps.” But every glance at it gave me the nudge I needed. It was a reminder to try, even just a little. And slowly, it helped me show up again. That one tag became the spark for Soltag — because if one small message on my wrist could shift my mindset, maybe it could help others too.
