We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we take great care in making each personalised item. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
🔄 Returns
Because all of our products are personalised and custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind once your order has been created.
We can only accept returns in the unlikely event that your item is:
- Faulty or damaged on arrival
- Incorrect due to an error on our part
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to put things right.
To request a return, please email us at hello@mysoltag.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo to help us resolve it quickly.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
