• How do I attach the tags/charms to my watch?

To attach the tags/charms:

1. Slide the watch band through the hole in the tag/charm.
2. If you are using a non-official Apple Watch or Whoop strap, you may need to fold the strap slightly to get the tag/charm on. Once the tag/charm is in place, adjust the band for a secure fit.

• What materials are the tags made from?

Our tags are made from high-polished stainless steel, ensuring durability and style. We may branch out to different materials in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes! We offer next-day delivery for all UK orders placed before 11am. Any orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following working day.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders the next working day, Monday to Friday.

• UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
  
• International orders are shipped with Tracked International, which usually arrives within 5–8 working days, depending on customs clearance in your country.
  

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has shipped.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs fees, import taxes, or handling costs when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are completely outside of our control.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All of our items are made to order, so we’re not able to accept returns. However, if an error has been made on our side, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or exchange right away.
