• What sizes are available for
  the smart watch tags/charms?

We offer two sizes: 22mm and 24mm. These sizes are designed to fit the two Apple Watch sizes and the standard Whoop 4.0 band.

 

• How do I know which size to choose for my Apple Watch?

The 22mm size fits Apple Watches with a 38mm or 40mm case, whilst the 24mm size fits Apple Watches with a 42mm or 44mm case. Simply measure the case size of your watch to determine the appropriate tag/charm size. Another option is to measure the width of your smartwatch strap at the size adjustment holes. If the width is 22mm or 24mm, choose the corresponding watch tag in the same size.

• How do I know which size to choose for my Whoop 4.0 band?

 Our 24mm size fits the standard Whoop 4.0 band. If you are using an alternative
band size, please check the band width and select the appropriate tag size.

• How do I attach the tags/charms to my watch?

To attach the tags/charms:

1. Slide the watch band through the hole in the tag/charm.
2. If you are using a non-official Apple Watch or Whoop strap, you may need to fold the strap slightly to get the tag/charm on. Once the tag/charm is in place, adjust the band for a secure fit.

• What materials are the tags/charms made from?

Our tags are made from high-polished stainless steel, ensuring durability and style. We may branch out to different materials in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

• Can I return or exchange the tags if they don't fit my watch?

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for non-personalised tags. However, please note that we cannot exchange personalised/customised charms. If you're ordering a personalised tag or medical tag, please ensure you're selecting the correct size before completing your order.

• Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, we offer next day delivery for orders placed before 11am. Please ensure your order is submitted before this cut-off time for next day delivery.

• How long does it take to receive my order?

Each of our tags is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days through Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

• Do you offer international shipping, and are there any customs charges involved?

Yes, we offer international shipping to almost every corner of the globe! 🌍All orders are tracked and typically take around 10 working days to arrive. While we strive to provide the lowest shipping rates possible, please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges determined by the destination country's customs office.
