How do I attach my watch tags?
- How do I attach the tags/charms to my watch?
To attach the tags/charms:
- Slide the watch band through the hole in the tag/charm.
- If you are using a non-official Apple Watch or Whoop strap, you may need to fold the strap slightly to get the tag/charm on. Once the tag/charm is in place, adjust the band for a secure fit.

Our tags are made from high-polished stainless steel, ensuring durability and style. We may branch out to different materials in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
Shipping and returns
How long does it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday.
- UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
- International orders are shipped with Tracked International, which usually arrives within 5–8 working days, depending on customs clearance in your country.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has shipped.

All international orders are fully tracked and delivered in around 5–8 working days.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs fees, import taxes, or handling costs when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are completely outside of our control.
Every country is different, so if you’re unsure, it’s worth checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All of our items are made to order, so we’re not able to accept returns. However, if an error has been made on our side, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or exchange right away.

Customs
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices.
Orders to the United States are not subject to additional customs charges.
As every country has different regulations, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what charges may apply.
Please note that any customs fees must be paid by the customer before delivery can be completed. We are unable to process refunds or returns for orders where customs charges have not been paid.
